Physical Therapist (PT) - Hospital, Houston, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation and meet facility onboarding requirements, including competency with common hospital equipment and electronic medical records systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide direct rehabilitation services that support patient recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Document progress and communicate outcomes to optimize patient care and discharge planning.
