Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 to 16:30.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week.
