Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist working in home health in San Francisco, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while providing care in patients' homes. EMR used: Wellsky. Coverage area: San Francisco only.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Clinical-level home health experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Wellsky EMR preferred.
- Prior travel or home health experience in urban environments preferred.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, possible weekend rotation if needed.
- Typical start and end window: usually 8:30 to 18:00.
- Coverage area limited to San Francisco; candidate should be prepared to travel within the city for patient visits.

Provide direct home-based physical therapy to a diverse patient population in San Francisco.
