Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license or multistate/state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.
