Description
Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Naples, FL, working within a skilled nursing facility. You will provide assessment and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders across a medically complex population. This role supports continuity of care and interdisciplinary collaboration in a long-term care setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Florida SLP state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with dysphagia evaluation and management, including instrumental assessments, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel SLP experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary documentation preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days, 4x8 schedule.
- Work schedule expectation: 5 days per week with a 32-hour guarantee noted in order materials.
- Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
