Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New York State PTA license required to start assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
