Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a PTA in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, transfers, and gait training preferred.
