Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington State PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention strategies preferred.
