Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• General Orthopedics experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
• Assignment setting: Outpatient
