Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment in Texas.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Comfort working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or temp-to-perm experience preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week.
