Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation for skilled nursing facilities preferred.
