Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation, restorative nursing programs, and ADL training preferred.
