You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness in a skilled nursing setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Colorado PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required per facility policy.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Client prefers candidates with Nethealth or PCC experience. This is a preferred qualification.
• Current resume required to submit for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel or per diem experience in post-acute settings preferred.
• Productivity experience targeting 85% or higher preferred.

Assignment Details

• M-F schedule with 8-hour workdays.
• Caseload approximately 9–10 patients per day.
• High productivity expectations; typically 85% or higher.
