Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
• Current, verifiable clinical experience treating patients with musculoskeletal and chronic conditions preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with patient education, functional mobility training, and discharge planning preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
