Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active DC physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility. New graduates will not be considered.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs.
- Experience providing care for post-acute and long-term care populations.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30 to 16:30.
- Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide evidence-based physical therapy services in a skilled nursing environment.
