Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant at a skilled nursing facility in Kingsport, TN. You will work with patients recovering from illness or injury, helping them move better and stay active under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. New graduates are considered when they have Skilled Nursing Facility clinical experience. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license or ability to obtain required state license prior to start.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or SNF clinical experience for new graduates.
• Ability to meet client productivity expectations, including point-of-service documentation standards (example: 88% productivity noted).
• Willingness to follow facility COVID acknowledgement policy if not vaccinated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in long-term care or SNF settings.
• Experience with productivity tracking and point-of-service documentation workflows.
• Flexibility to accommodate schedule adjustments as needed.

Assignment Details

• Schedule generally Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts with a flexible schedule required and available when needed.
• Candidate may be required to extend assignment based on productivity and facility needs.
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Impacting Patient Care
