Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and mobility/ambulation training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
