Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to document in electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and mobility/ambulation training preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
