Contract Physical Therapist needed in Memphis, TN to treat outpatient orthopedic injuries in a clinic setting. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, communicate treatment plans and progress to in-house and specialty physicians, and collaborate with center colleagues to identify and resolve patient care issues. Position requires working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality outpatient rehabilitation services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, active Tennessee physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical teams, including reporting progress to physicians and specialists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons.
• Previous outpatient clinic experience in fast-paced environments.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 16 Week assignment.
• Work schedule aligns with Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm as noted in order information.
• Outpatient clinic environment treating orthopedic injuries.
