Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment, or candidate must have applied and be able to provide confirmation of application.
• Minimum experience: Outpatient orthopedic and post-operative patient care experience preferred; new graduates not accepted.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and capacity to see 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking.
• Must be willing to float to other clinic locations as needed.
• Ability to work up to 36–40 hours per week; overtime or additional hours must be approved by clinic director when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient therapy clinic experience preferred.
• Experience treating military or post-op orthopedic populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• Float to other clinics as required.
• 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Travel team option available at this clinic or a neighboring clinic.

Provide outpatient orthopedic and post-operative care to a diverse patient population, including military-affiliated patients. Support clinic productivity and quality outcomes while participating in a team-based care model. Follow clinic policies requiring approval from the director for occupational therapy hours when applicable.
