Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR.

Assignment Details

• Coverage for a leave of absence.
• Assignment length expected to be 12 weeks.
• 86-bed skilled nursing setting.
