Physical Therapist — Outpatient | Pasadena, CA

Join a skilled outpatient therapy team in Pasadena, CA, providing rehabilitation for patients recovering from injury and managing chronic conditions. This travel assignment requires an experienced clinician who will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document care in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. The role includes patient and family education, supervision of discipline-specific therapy services, participation in professional development, and contribution to quality and safety initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• No new graduates. Previous outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop measurable goals and implement functional treatment plans.
• Experience with timely, accurate clinical documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week as noted by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising students and providing clinical instruction.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and competency-based programs.
• Background in outpatient modalities and safe patient handling techniques.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4x10.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
