Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Santa Monica, CA, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care in compliance with regulations, and contribute to patient and employee safety initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with state, federal, and payer guidelines.
• No new graduates. Minimum relevant clinical experience preferred. (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising or delegating therapy services and participating in student clinical education.
• Experience with safe patient handling and infection control protocols.
• Demonstrated participation in performance improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, structured as 5x8.
• Location: Outpatient clinic in Santa Monica, CA. Candidates must hold required state licensure.
