Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Productivity of 85% or higher
Assignment Details
- Preferred schedule is Tuesday through Saturday
- Alternate schedule is Sunday through Thursday
- Monday through Friday schedule is not accepted
- Average patient volume is 9 to 10 patients per day
