Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with Nethealth/PCC EMR system

• Full-time hours
• 100-bed skilled nursing setting with in-house therapy
