Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical therapy certification required
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks
- Coverage area includes Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Desoto, and Waxahachie
