Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year experience

• Shift schedule: M/T/Th: 8-7pm
• Shift schedule: W/F 7:30am-12:30pm
