Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
- Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, desktop navigation, files, windows, navigation buttons, tool bars, online HR services, and online training programs.

- Home visits with periodic office meetings.
