Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week outpatient assignment.
• Schedule is 5x8.
• Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, with follow-up visits every 30 minutes.
