Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Certified Wound Specialist or Board Certification in Wound Care
• Experience with LVAD, Impella, Balloon Pump, and cardiac surgeries

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• No on-call requirement
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
