Description

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience.
- Experience with NetHealth/PCC.
Assignment Details
- Full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
- Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Short-term and long-term care rehab setting.
