Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• ID Physical Therapist license required to start.
• CPR (Basic) required to start.
• Completed Orientation Documents required.

• Shift hours: AM 8.
• Schedule noted as 3x8.
• Assignment length: 7 weeks.
