Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2+ years of home health Physical Therapy Assistant experience.
- Previous home health experience.
- Experience using EPIC.
- BLS certification from AHA only.
- Driver’s License.
- VA or Compact License.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Weekend requirements: None.
- On-call requirements: None.
