Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1530
• Expected Hours: 40 per week

Location Highlights

Goodyear, Arizona offers access to desert recreation and major metro amenities.
