Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Relevant outpatient experience or willingness to learn from a different background

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday
• Schedule may begin as early as 7 AM and end as late as 6 PM
• One-hour lunch
• General orthopedic and neuromuscular patient population
• Expected visits per day: 16
• EMR: WebPT
• May be required to float to other area outpatient locations

Location Highlights

Leslie is a small Mid-Michigan community located about 25 miles south of Lansing and about 15 miles from Mason, offering access to both quiet residential areas and nearby city amenities.
