Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
• Mileage will be reimbursed for travel in between patient's homes at current government rate
• Float between multiple continuing care retirement communities and patient homes in the area
