Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work.
• Experience in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to utilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries.
• Computer skills necessary to complete job requirements including typing, Word, Internet, and EMR.
• Proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for the billing of services.
