Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient PT experience required
• Physical Therapist licensure required to start
• Hep B required
• TB required
• Flu required
• Tdap required

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule options include 5x8s or 4x10s
• At least two shifts from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday shift from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Remaining two days can be either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Open to four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• No anticipated floating needs
• Documentation system: NextGen
• Dress code: Business Casual
