Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with NetHealth point-of-service documentation on iPad required.
• No new grads.

Assignment Details

• COVID vaccine not required. If not vaccinated, a form acknowledging risks is required.
• Expected productivity is 88%.
• May occasionally float to another facility.
