Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license
• Master's degree
• Physical therapy certification

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Weekend and on-call requirement: yes.
• Coverage area includes Attala County, Neshoba County, Kemper County, and Winston County.
• Responsibilities include in-home patient visits, PTA supervision, admissions, evaluations, and reassessments.
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
• Dress code: royal blue.
