Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health PT experience
- PT license
- Doctoral
Assignment Details
- Coverage areas include Corpus Christi, Portland, Taft, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Sinton, Odem, Beeville, Mathis, and Robstown.
- Field PT performing SOC, Evals, and Discharges in a home health setting.
