Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of home health / VNA experience
• Active Massachusetts license required

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• EMR: Axxess
• Scheduling managed by client’s internal scheduling team
• No on call or weekend rotation
