Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Will accept PTA: No
• Patient Population: Outpatient Ortho
• Will accept First Time Travelers: Yes
• Will accept New Grads: Yes

Assignment Details

• Float to other clinics: No
• Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic for a Travel Team: Yes
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Will see 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
