Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• SNF experience required

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

Location Highlights

Alamosa, Colorado offers direct access to Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, located about 35 miles northeast, and sits in the San Luis Valley at an elevation of about 7,500 feet.
