Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska, or compact state
• BLS issued through American Heart Association

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• No floating required
• Outpatient setting
• Charting systems include Clinicient GO owned by WebPT for outpatient documentation and AllScripts/Paragon Clinical Care Station for inpatient documentation
• MOAB is required if the clinician does not already have CPI or MOAB
