Pros
Deon made it clear to me, from the first time we spoke, that her priority with her clients is making sure that they feel safe and supported throughout the entire travel nurse process/ experience. She told me from the get go that she would always do what was best for me and would advocate for me. I'm very pleased to say that she has kept her word! Even when I made the mistake of accepting a contract with a different recruiter, and then immediately regretting it, Deon gave me ALL the grace! She took charge and set me up with a better opportunity! I couldn't recommend her more! I really feel like I got very lucky with her as my first recruiter ever.
Cons
I can't think of any at this point.
