Pros
I've been a travel Cath Lab nurse for several years, and working with TotalMed has been one of the best experiences I've had. My recruiter, Spence, has been outstanding from day one. He consistently advocates for his travelers, communicates clearly, and works hard to secure competitive pay packages. Knowing Spence is in my corner gives me confidence throughout every assignment. One thing that really sets TotalMed apart is their commitment to supporting their travelers. Their clinical team stays actively involved and genuinely cares about your success, making sure you feel supported, connected, and set up to thrive while on the road. That level of engagement creates a real sense of belonging that can be hard to find in travel nursing. I also appreciate that TotalMed offers sick leave benefits and has excellent referral bonuses, which shows they value their clinicians beyond just filling assignments. The entire team is professional, responsive, and dedicated to helping travelers succeed both personally and professionally. If you're considering travel nursing, I highly recommend TotalMed. Between the strong recruiter support from Spence, competitive compensation, involved clinical team, and great benefits, they've been an exceptional company to work with.
