Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds – 27 beds

· Number of Staff – Varies on volume, 1 Charge RN, 2-3 RN’s, 2 Techs, clinical coordinator

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 2-3 RN’s, 2 Tech’s and clinical coordinator

o Night Shift – 1 charge RN, 2-3 RN’s, 2 Tech’s and clinical coordinator

· Patient Ratios – 3:1

· Type of equipment – x-rays, preoperative, anesthesiologist, lab, electrocardiography, EKG

· EMR - Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· ACLS, BLS, 2 years current experience in acute OR setting, ortho, spine and joint replacement experience

· Knee and Hip replacement experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· PALS, CNOR any Charge experience

· RN is responsible for the observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation of care of all patients

· Joint replacement, ENT, Ortho, Spine, Urology

· Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery and Plastic Surgery
