Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients
• Perform patient lifting and transfers in accordance with established safety protocols
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned patients
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using EPIC EMR
• Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census requirements, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active state Physical Therapist licensure issued by the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or PT Compact Commission
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Demonstrated outpatient physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR (minimum 1 year of experience required)
• Lifting and patient transfer skills required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
