3W has staff of average friendliness. Lunches, breaks covered by a break nurse. Weather is nice.

Cons

Cost of living higher than what companies want to pay. I negotiated a higher rate due to this but it was still not good.

Michael was incredibly personable and friendly, and he built a genuine connection with me in a very short amount of time. He was reliable, communicative, and always willing to go to bat for nurses and techs, which made the whole process feel supportive and stress-free. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to place me quickly. I’d absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who actually advocates for their clinicians.
