Parking for night shit is across the street in the garage. Day shift have to ride a bus in. - the only maybe pro I can think of.
Cons
Staff and patients are rude and there are multiple code grays each shift. Staff needs training as they make situations worse and fight w pts constantly. Toxic work environment. Another traveler cried to me daily and no longer wanted to be a nurse after she completed her contract. They scheduled all travelers 6 in a row and people called in often. Nurses stations are small and cramped without enough seats. Charting on tiny I pad size computers in a crowded, boiling hot nurses station. It was by far my worst experience as a nurse. The backstabbing w staff was insane, even management.
